as the team calls him, is not all code and no play. Graphic Designer at heart and a Computer Scientist by trade, Eddy brings ALTRA’s projects to life. Thanks to his can-do attitude and his attention to detail, he leads a team that delivers high-quality products.

Andrea Pinto

Andrea´s ability to assume responsibility and to communicate effectively with others has pushed our company´s operations. As our Project Assistant Intern, her effective oral and written communication skills makes her a perfect ALTRA Soluciones ambassador to our clients. Her smile also adds a charming touch.

Gary Prado

Gary, the witty spark of the programming team, takes different applications from concept to product. In so doing, Gary lives and breathes the projects he undertakes. Always the perfectionist, he analyzes, manages, codes and adjusts details to perfection. As a result, Gary makes complex tasks seem easy.

Luis is ALTRA’s soccer enthusiast with the high spirited and loyal heart. Ever the team player, he is always commended for making the assists with code and enabling fantastic plays that take ALTRA’s projects to high levels of quality and functionality.

Daniel Cespedes

Daniel the artist who creatively takes a client’s vision and gives it form and function. Whether doodling on paper, carefully crafting cascading style sheets or taking his concepts to the screen, Daniel keeps busy finding ways to bring the projects he undertakes closer to their target audience.

Hugo Soliz

Hugo is ALTRA’s resident Da Vinci. During his tenure as a Graphic Designer and Brand Manager, Hugo has amassed a wealth of tricks he is never shy to bring to the table. Always up for a good challenge, Hugo takes pride in signing his work with excellence. His ideas always take the team to higher levels and it is no wonder each design goes through him.

Roberto C. Mamani

Roberto is the final element of ALTRA’s Fantastic Four. When not at his desk coding or helping the Graphic Design Team, he assists his team by spending countless hours ensuring no detail goes unchecked.

Claudia Belaunde

Claudia is ALTRA’s ambassador. Her background in Audiovisual Communication and her passion toward everything tech, allows her to continually add value the projects she develops and manages. In so doing, she interacts with the Design and Programming Departments to bring websites from abstraction to reality. A filmmaker and musician by heart, Claudia directs her endeavors with the same passion and rhythm she does her hobbies.

Upon graduation, Aldo was hired by ICON Corporation, enterprise focused on software development. As Web Development manager, his team strengthened multinational relationships with clients such as:

Aldo is currently doing what he enjoys most: creating interactive web solutions for worldwide clients. ICON Corporation, now known as ICON Creative Technologies Group, is one of AltraSolutions´ strongest clients.

Alejandro T. Adachi

Background
Alejandro began his professional career as Corporate Communications Coordinator for Domino´s Pizza International and later continued his journey with Mullen Advertising’s GM Women and Diversity Account. Besides working with various types of print and electronic media, Alejandro helped various multicultural programs and engaged organizations like the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC) and Council of Asian Pacific Americans (CAPA) where he served as Public Relations Chair. After a decade abroad, he returned to Bolivia with his brother, Aldo to found ALTRA Soluciones. Currently, when not at the office, Alejandro is busy teaching technology classes at the Santa Cruz Cooperative School.
Passion:
Besides photography and art, Alejandro enjoys traveling and community service projects. Whether building homes with Habitat for Humanity, planting trees or mentoring financially-challenged students, Alejandro finds joy in giving back. Favorite Quote:
